This apartment is the perfect choice for a beach lover like me, with several beautiful beaches just a short 5-minute walk away. the location is fantastic, as it is close to the picturesque harbor of Plaka and offers stunning views of the sea from both the balcony and terrace. the rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the host, Julia, is incredibly friendly and helpful, providing valuable information about the surrounding area and even offering delicious locally produced items upon arrival. the apartment is well-equipped with everything you need, from a fully stocked kitchen to a reliable internet connection. the spacious outdoor area with a table, chairs, and barbecue space is a wonderful addition. this place provides a fantastic beachside experience.
If I had to find a minor drawback, the kitchen in the apartment I stayed in wasn't very big. with the abundance of cheap and excellent Greek restaurants nearby, I didn't find this to be an issue at all.

I recently stayed at Karantonis House in Leonidio for a week and it was a fantastic experience. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a fully stocked kitchen and a washing machine. The owner, Julie, was incredibly helpful and even surprised us with a delicious homemade cake. The location was perfect, with easy access to both climbing spots and the beach. The property itself was well-maintained, and we loved being able to pick fresh lemons from the lemon trees on site. This is definitely one of the nicest accommodations we've stayed in, and I highly recommend it for families or groups.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

During our recent stay at Karantonis House, I was pleasantly surprised by the well-equipped apartment and the warm hospitality we received. Upon arrival, we found the fridge stocked with delicious breakfast items, including fresh oranges and mandarines. Throughout our stay, we were even provided with additional treats. The apartment itself was perfect, featuring a large sunny terrace where we could relax and soak up the sun. The location was also excellent, just a short walk away from the charming harbor and the beach. Additionally, the house had a working central heating system, which was essential during our winter visit. The cleanliness of the house was impeccable, thanks to Julie who took great care of us. The local residents of Leonidio were the most friendly and welcoming people I have ever encountered while on vacation. The unique atmosphere and sense of community in the village made our stay even more memorable. All in all, I highly recommend a visit to this hidden gem.

The spacious and well-equipped apartment was perfect for our group of four. We enjoyed the balcony and the beautiful sunrise and sounds of the waves each morning. the apartment served as a great base for our climbing trip. We would definitely stay again and have recommended it to other climbers. the complimentary oranges for freshly squeezed orange juice were missed.
Felt safe walking at night and nothing was too much trouble.

I recently stayed at a lovely house with a great balcony overlooking the sea. The room was spotlessly clean and well-equipped, and the air conditioning was a bonus. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from Plaka beach and its restaurants, and a short car ride to the main part of town. The staff, especially Julia, were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. I got great value for my money and had a wonderful experience.
The hotel breakfast menu could have had a bit more variety.

We had an amazing stay at a charming house in a peaceful location. The three floors and multiple balconies provided beautiful views from every angle. The little kitchen was well equipped, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a fridge stocked with oranges. The hotel itself looked like a castle, adding to the overall amazing experience. The owner was incredibly sweet and accommodating. Breakfast on the terrace was a delightful way to start the day. The central heating kept us warm on the chilly evenings. We also appreciated the ample parking and the extra touches like essential breakfast food and surprise cake treats. The staff provided fresh cookies and oranges, and the cleaning service with towel replacement every few days was a nice touch. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, like a bit of noise from the street and a dispute with the neighbor over beach access, we still highly recommend this hotel. it was a fantastic stay at a convenient price.
